Netflix Cancels Noah Centineo Starrer The Recruit After 2 Seasons

𓃲Netflix has cancelled actor Noah Centineo-led The Recruit after only two seasons. The news was confirmed by actor Colton Dunn on social media.

Netflix has cancelled its show The Recruit♔, starring Noah Centineo. The series has been cancelled by the OTT platform, after its second season, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter. The news was first confirmed by actor Colton Dunn, who played Lester Kitchens on the show.

The Recruit🦋 was created by Alexi Hawley, who was also the showrunner and executive producer. It was produced by Hypnotic and Lionsgate for Netflix.

𒉰Earlier, Hawley had told Deadline the team was hopeful for season 3.

“We’re waiting for Netflix🔥 to officially do their thing with it. There’s a lot of goodwill inside Netflix towards the show and towards Noah; I think they very much feel like Noah. He is a homegrown star, which he is. So, I’m feeling super positive about it, as positive as you can feel in this town at this time,” he had said at the time.

🎃The second season released in January 30 this year.

The spy-drama series released in December 2022. Noah Centineo🃏 played the role of a CIA lawyer Owen Hedricks. It revolves around how he gets entangled in international conflicts and navigates through it.

Very thankful to the cast, crew and creator of The Recruit. It was a good run with lots of fun. #therecruit (sic)''.

Dunn also shared the news with fans on the Threads app. His post read: “The Recruit🥀 has been cancelled y'all. Such a bummer. I’ll share some pics and fun memories on IG but just wanted you to hear it from me. Thanks if you watched. I’m AVAILABLE NOW! Hire me for your tv story''.

The other cast of The Recruit𝕴 included Aarti Mann, Fivel Stewart, Angel Parker, Kaylah Zander, Vondie Curtis-Hall, and Teo Yoo in pivotal roles.
