Gupta encouraged participants to explore their career options and shared real-life examples from his own journey. He spoke about the two toughest decisions he made in his life: to stop preparing for CA an꧑d to reject offers from big companies to become an entrepreneur at Growth School. Over a span of three years, Gupta's startup has grown to a team of 100 people and is now worth millions. He also shared tips on how to optimize LinkedIn profiles, including what to include and what to avoid, and how to use AI tools such as Chat GPT to do so. Gupta also explained how to reach out to people through LinkedIn and cold emailing.
The final session of the day was conducted by Kamal Kumar Agarwal, who spoke about finance. The session was particularly informative and provided attendees with knowledge and hacks to grow in their respective fields💟.
