🎐Aam Aadmi Party on Saturday released the video of their national convenor Arvind Kejriwal's car being attacked with stones on social media and in the post they blamed Bharatiya Janata Party's candidate Parvesh Verma's close aides for the incident.
♊In response BJP alleged that Kejriwal's car 'crushed' one of their party workers and the person's leg was broken.
ওBoth Arvind Kejriwal and Parvesh Verma are contesting for the New Delhi seat in the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections.
On their X post, AAP alleged, "BJP candidate Pravesh Verma's goons attacked Arvind Kejriwal with stones while he was campaigning and tried to hurt him so that he could not campaign. BJP 🍌people, Kejriwal ji is not going to be scared of your cowardly attack, the people of Delhi will give you a befitting reply."
BJP Alleges Kejriwal's Car Ran Over Party Worker
💧BJP candidate from the New Delhi assembly seat, Parvesh Verma was asked to talk about the video AAP posted on their social media blaming him and his aides to be responsible for it.
ꦚIn response, Verma told ANI, "The car of Arvind Kejriwal has gone ahead by crushing the worker of the BJP. The leg of the worker (BJP) has broken and I am going to the Lady Hardinge Medical College to inquire about his health...This is very shameful..."
ꦿIn a video posted by Verma on X showed an injured person on a hospital bed visibly writhing in pain whose leg was allegedly run over by Kejriwal's car.
🌟Verma in the caption of the post wrote, "I went to Lady Hardinge Hospital to get information about the injured youth. @ArvindKejriwal Sir, this incident is not only shameful but also shows your negligence and insensitivity. When people were asking questions, you hit them with the car. There should be immediate action against this heinous act."
ꦑThe Delhi Assembly polls are scheduled for February 5 and the counting od the votes will take place on February 8, 2025.
