Merely days after Varanasi's Banaras Hindu Univerit🥀y (BHU) witnessed a series of protests triggered by cases of molestation, another student from the varsity on Thursday alleged molestation on campus.

According to reports, girl student was heading to the chamber of a professor in faculty of science building when a student of MA (Public Administration) third semester student SS Gond caught her, thrashed her and later even damaged heไr phone.
An FIR had been lodged in this connection under section 354A, 504, 506, 427 and 323 of IPC, Times Of India.
