A video that went viral from the night, featured best friends Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift and Keleigh Sperry seemingly gossiping about the new couple in Hollywood - Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner, who were also present at the event, during one of the comm💧ercial breaks.
Previously, netizens were quick to point out tha🐼t Gomez was in fact talking about the couple. A lip reader, Jeremy F🐻reeman, also confirmed to Page Six that the nominee for 'Only Murders in the Building' told her friends that, "He didn’t want a picture with me. He said no.”
But now, a source close to Gomez has revealed to PEOPLE that the singer "was absolutely not referencing anything aꦛbout Timothée or Kylie." While rumours spread like wildfire that Jenner prevented her boyfriend from getting clicked with Gomez at the event, the source added that Gomez "never even saw or spoke ♔to them."
Gomez wꦰas seen smiling and mingling with fellow nominees and friends the entirety of the event and later reunited with her boyfriend Benny Blanco at the end. She took to her Instagram to post a ph💃oto of her and Blanco sharing a kiss and wrote, "I won."
