Amid the massive spiritual💙 festival in UP's Prayagraj, a massive fire broke out in the M🤪aha Kumbh 2025 mela area.
Asღ per initial reports, a cylinder blast is said to have caused the blast. Investigation is underway.
"Two cylinders exploded in Sector 19 of the Maha Kumbh Mela, causing a massive fire in the camps. Fire fighters ar✨e trying to douse the blaze," Akhara Police Station In-charge Bhaskar Mishra told🎃 PTI.
The Maha Kumbh 2025 official X handle posted, "Very sad! The fire incident at #MahaKumbh has shocked everyone. The administration is ensuring immediate relief and rescue operations. We pray Maa Ganga for ꦏeveryone's safety."
As per the offꦐicial handle, the fire has now been b☂rought under control.
Maha Kumbh 2025 kicked off on Janu💛ary 13, 2025 in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj. It is a 45 day spiritual gathering and is held once every 12 years. This year's meal is being conducted in Prayagraj after 144 years.
Over 40 million people from India🍃 and across the world are expected to appear and take part in the world🧸's largest spiritual gathering this year.
