๐The Indian cricket board (BCCI) on Saturday announced Akashโs inclusion at the expense of Shivam Mavi, who has been ruled out of the tournament.
๐ โMavi is suffering from a back injury and is ruled out of the tournament. The menโs cricket competition will take place from 28th September to 8th October in a T20 format,โ the BCCI said in a statement.
๐Meanwhile, the women's selection committee named Pooja Vastrakar as a replacement for Anjali Sarvani.
๐งธVastrakar was a part of the standby list of players.
๊ฆLeft-arm pacer Sarvani has been ruled out with a knee injury.
๊ฆThe women's cricket competition will take place from September 19-28 in the T20 format at Zhejiang University of Technology Pingfeng Cricket Field.
