Delhi Elections: Congress Releases 4th List For Assembly Elections | Full Candidates List

Congress🌠 also fielded ex-MP Sandeep Dikshit who is up against Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal and Bharatiya Janata Party's Parvesh Verma from the New Delhi seat.

The Indian National Congress has names of more candidates for the Delhi Assembly Elections 2025. With this latest list, a total of 68 candidates have be𒁃en declared for the assembly elections.

In the latest list, the party has💟 fielded Surender Kumar from Bawana (SC), Sumesh Gupta from Rohini, Rahul Dhanak from Karol Bagh (SC), Virender Bidhuri from Tughlakabad and Arjun Bhadana from Badarpur.

The party has to release two more names for the 70 seat Delhi Asse🐠mbly elections.

Earlier, Alka Lamba was fielded as a candidate from Kalkaji. Lamba will be up against Delhi Chief Minister a♈nd AAP candidate Ati🦹shi and BJP's Ramesh Bidhuri.

Congress also ꧃fielded ex-MP Sandeep Dikshit who is up against Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal and Bharatiya Janata Party's Parvesh Verma from the New Delhi seat.

The grand old party released its first list of candidates on December 13 where they named Dikshit, Congress chief Devender Yadav f♋rom Badli, ex-Delhi mi💃nister Haroon Yusuf from Ballimaran, ex-Delhi Congress chief Chaudhary Anil Kumar from Patparganj.

In its second list of candidates, the party revealed that it has fielded Farha🎃d Suri against AAP's Manish Sisodia from Jangpura. Ex-AAP MLA Asim Khan, who joined Congress recently, has been given a ticket from Matia Mahal, and Devinder Sehrawat has been fielded from Bijwasan.

The Congress in❀ its third list announced Alka Lamba's name only.

Soon after releasing its first list of candidates, Congress announced that they will set up a 'war room' to help party nominees run their campaign smoothly. Delhi Co꧒ngress chief Devender Yad🌞av said the centralised 'war room' will be set up at the party's Delhi unit office to support candidates with necessary information and strategy.

He also said the party has provided candidates with documents on their respect🍸ive constituencies which would help them fully understand the profile of their s🐼eats.

Delhi will head to the polls on February 5,🦩 2025 across all 70 seats. The counting of votes will be declared the Election Commission on February 8.

In the last two consecutive elections (2015 & 2020), Congress failed to gain any seatꦺs in the Delhi assembly. AAP saw landslide ꦜvictories in both elections while BJP improved slightly in 2020.
