ΰΆ£US President-elect Donald Trump is all set to take oath on Monday - January 20, 2025. After his landslide victory against Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential elections, Trump sealed his victory with over 300 electoral votes.

🍷The Republican leader will take oath at the US Capitol to formally kick off his second term as POTUS. The ceremony was initially going to be held at the West Front of the Capitol. However, due to cold weather, the ceremony has been shifted indoors to the Capitol Rotunda.

β™”The inauguration ceremony will begin at 11:30 AM ET (10 PM IST). Based on previous ceremonies, the oath ceremony is expected to last for an hour.

𓄧As per the Trump-Vance inaugural committee, the ceremonies will begin with a musical prelude performed by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Combined Choirs and "The President's Own" U.S. Marine Band.

✨Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh will administer the oath to Vice President JD Vance, followed by Chief Justice John Roberts, who will administer the oath to Donald Trump.

πŸ…After the inauguration, the President-elect will deliver his inaugural address, laying out his plans for America in the next four years.

Who Is On The Guest List?

πŸ¦‚Several tech titans and moguls have been invited to attend Trump's 2025 inauguration such as Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg. Shou Chew, the head of TikTok is also expected to attend the inauguration ceremony.

Outgoing President Joe Biden ο·Ίwill also attend the ceremony. Biden's appearance also comes after Trump refused to attend the Democratic leader's ceremony in 2020.

β™›All living former presidents, such as Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and others, will attend.

🌊Several foreign leaders such as Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni will also attend the inaugural ceremony. From India, External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar will attend.

✱Trump also invited Hungary's Viktor Orban, Argentine President Javier Milei and China's Xi Jinping, but these leaders are not expected to attend the ceremony on Monday.

For his first day back as President, Trump has vowed to sign nearly 100 executive orders🐼. Some of these orders will include the ones revoked by the Biden administration in 2020.
