Prime Minister Narendra Modi hasﷺ conversed with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and shared perspectives on the worsening security and humanitarian situation in West Asia.

Fඣollowing their phone discussion, Modi reportedly remarke🐼d, "we share concerns regarding terrorism, violence, and loss of civilian lives."

In a post on X, Modi stated on Sunday, "Yesterday, spoke with President @AlsisiO🏅fficial. Exchanged views on the deteriorating security and humanitarian situation in West Asia."

"We share concerns regarding terrorism, violence, and loss of civilian lives. We ag👍ree on the need for early re🍰storation of peace and stability and facilitating humanitarian assistance," he emphasized.

A statement released by the Egyptian side indicated that President El-Sisi received a phone call from Prime Minister Modi, and the two leaders exchanged views on the la𓂃test developments in the Isr𝄹aeli military operations in the Gaza Strip.

They also deliberated on the seriousness of the ongoing escalation, given its significant impact o🔯n civilian lives and the security of the entire region, as per the ♏statement.

The Spokesperson for the Egyptian Presidency, Counselor Ahmed Fahmy, conveyed that President El-Sisi affirmed Egypt's commitment to coordinating regional and international endeavors aimed at achieving a ceasefire. The statement noted the﷽ president's warning of the severe humanitarian and security consequences of a ground offensive in the Gaza St🎶rip.

He stressed the urgent necessity for unified international actions to find a swift diplomatic solution, including the reinforcement of an immediate humanitarian truce to safeguard civilian lives and enable the prompt, sustainable, and unimpeded delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, in line w♐ith the UN General Assembly resolution adopted on October 27.

President El-Sisi and Prime Minister Modi expressed their satisfaction with the exceptional level of bilateral 🤪relations and the strategic partnership between the two countries, as per the statement.

They emphasized their commitment to continue leading their respective countries' institutions in further enhancing cooperative efforts between Egypt and India, according to🌠 the statement from the Egyptian side.
