India's skipper Niki Prasad called it right at the toss and has opted to field first against Sri Lanka at the Bayuemas Cricket Oval in Kuala Lumpur.

⭕The young Indian stars back doing their thing again, and this time very early on in the innings. Mohammed Shakil and Drithi Kesari remove both openers as Sri Lanka are two down in just two overs.

♐Sri Lanka have been greeted with more trouble as they lose yet another wicket in the powerplay, and things are not looking good. Aayushi Shukla now comes into the act and delivers straight away.

🅷After a troubling start, Sri Lanka slowly start to find their feet as Sumudu Nisansala and Dahami Sanethma, despite consuming a lot of deliveries, have absorbed the pressure and have started to take the scoreboard forward.

𒁏Despite the slow start, Sri Lanka have started to rotate and take the scoring rate forward. However, they still seem to be a long way behind a par-total, with nine overs left.

🥃The rebuild gets better and better for Sri Lanka as they have reached fifty with six overs to go. Sumudu Nisansala is unbeaten on 21, while Manudi Nanayakkara is not out on 10 from 15 balls. With the two batters set, they will look to up the ante in the last six.

⛄After a short, promising partnership between Nisansala and Nanayakkara, Sri Lanka continued to lose wickets at regular intervals and have managed to score 75 runs for the loss of seven with three overs to go.

ꦜSri Lanka manage to score 98 for the loss nine wickets in their 20-over quota. Aayushi Shukla picked four wickets, Parunika picked up two, while Shakil, Drithi bagged a wicket each. For Sri Lanka, Manudi Nanayakkara was the highest scorer with 33.

♚India's chase is underway, but Sri Lanka are on top early on in the innings. Ishwari Awsare makes the long walk back for a nought, while Sanika Chalke is also a goner for four. India in trouble early. Can Trisha take them to safe shores?

𝄹After a bit of a scare losing two wickets in quick succession, G Kamilini has set the tone and pressed the attacking pedal for India as they now have raced to 35/2 in five overs, scoring 30 runs in the last three.

ꦏIndia are racing away now as they inch closer to yet another Super Four victory, and are on the verge of securing a finals berth in the U-19 Women's T20 Asia Cup as Trisha and Kamilini on putting on a steller batting display.

💧India are just 25 runs away from a spot in the final of the U-19 Women's T20 Asia Cup. Despite India losing a cluster of wickets, Mithila V and wicketkeeper-batter Bhavika Ahire are in the middle and are expected to take India through with over nine overs to go.

༒India continue to lose wickets as the Sri Lanka string a fightback. However, it could be a too little too late as The Niki Prasad-led side are just 10 runs away from victory. Munasinghe has three wickets to her name, while Gimhani completes her figures with two.
