Dembele, who sꦡtruck three times in PSG's 4-1 win at Stuttgart in the Champions League on Wednesday, opened the scoring for the visitors just before the half-hour mark, ta꧙pping into an empty net from Bradley Barcola's short cross.
However, Brest clawed themselves back level just five minutes after the break through Romain Del Castillo's♑ strike across goal.
Dembele gave them a two-goal cushion with two goals in five minutes shortl🀅y after. He neatly latched onto Khvicha Kvaratskhelia's deflected pass to slot in his second before getting his third from the edge of the six-yard box.
Ludovic Ajorque looked to have set up a nervy ending by pulling one back in the 71st minute, but Ramos' late double p🃏ut the result beyond doubt as he scored twice from close range in the closing stages.
Defending champions PSG moved to 50 points from 20 matches, while eighth-placed Brest remain🐎ed on 28 points.

It has been quite the week for Dembele, as he followed up ꧒his starring role in the Ch⛄ampions League against Stuttgart with another treble in the league.
He is the first PSG player ever to score consecutive hat-tricks in all competit🌟ions. He has also scored in each of his last five L🌄igue 1 matches (nine goals) and brought up his 14th league goal of the campaign.
PSG are still unbeaten in the French top-flight (W15 D5), going through the first 20 games of the season without defeat for j⛎ust the fourth time (also in 1985-86, 2915-16 and 2018🥃-19).
