Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule has been breaking several box office records ever since its release on December 5. The film completed 15 days of its release on December 19 and is still minting moolah. On day 15, Pushpa 2✅ collected Rs 17.75 crore nett in the domestic market, taking its total to Rs 990.7 crore, as per a report in industry tracker Sacnilk.
Pushpa 2 is originally a Telugu-language film and was released in other languages as well. Interestingly, the Hindi version is performing well compared to the Telugu version. In just two weeks, Pushpa 2 has surpassed the box office numbers of Stree 2ඣ, which is the biggest hit of 2024 in Hindi language.
🌜Out of Rs 990.7 crore, Rs 621.6 crore has come from the Hindi shows, Rs 295.6 crore from Telugu version, followed by Rs 52.4 crore in Tamil, Rs 13.97 crore in Malayalam and Rs 7.13 crore in Kannada.
On day 15, Pushpa 2🃏's overall Telugu occupancy was 18.93%, 17.43% occupancy in Hindi, 15.78% occupancy in Tamil, and 8.05% in Kannada.
Pushpa 2 has become the third-highest-grossing Indian film of all time. Aamir Khan's Dangal and Prabhas Baahubali 2: The Conclusion are in the first and second spots. Dangal made a collection of Rs 2000 crore globally after its release in China and Baahubali 2 earned over Rs 1788 crore.
Talking about Pushpa 2's worldwide box office𓂃 collection, it has already crossed the Rs 1500 crore landmark by minting Rs 1508 crore.
Next week, the Sukumar directorial will face a tough competition in the Hindi region as Varun Dhawan starrer Baby John is releasing on December 25.
